Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Please consult your healthcare provider or a licensed mental health professional for medical or clinical concerns.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking and during sessions. You are responsible for your own well-being during and after participation. If you are in crisis or emergency, please seek immediate professional help.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Information shared in sessions or groups is confidential and will not be disclosed outside the service without your consent, except as required by law. Group confidentiality is also expected among participants. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings due to multiple participants.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Please review and adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policies. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur fees as outlined during booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with appropriate notice.

6. Payment and Fees

Payment is due as outlined during booking. We accept various payment methods. Fees may be subject to change with advance notice. Refund policies are detailed on our website and at the time of registration.

Heartsongs Doula and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or resources. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

By using our services, you consent to participate voluntarily, understanding the nature and scope of the support offered. You acknowledge that doula support is non-clinical and complementary to medical or mental health care.
