One-to-one support sessions offer a compassionate, personalized space where you can feel held, heard, and supported exactly where you are by a trained full spectrum doula. Each session is shaped by your needs.

Whether you’re navigating loss, pregnancy after, fertility treatment, medical decisions, or just trying to make it through the day—this is a space to talk things through, ask questions, and receive care without judgment.

Common topics include:

♥ Navigating feelings of grief, fear, guilt, anxiety, relief, numbness, anger, sadness

♥ Feeling disconnected from your partner, body, or faith

♥ Understanding medical terms or treatment options

♥ Preparing for upcoming appointments or procedures

♥ Coping with difficult dates, holidays, or social situations

♥ Deciding whether to try again, pause, or stop treatment

♥ Navigating feelings about a new pregnancy

♥ Finding ways to stay connected to your baby or future dreams

♥ Making sense of who you are now, and what comes next

How it works:

Each session may look different. Some people come with a question or story to share. Others want to begin with grounding breathwork or follow a gentle journaling prompt. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, allowing space for whatever is present.

You’re welcome to book a single session or meet regularly. Between sessions, you’ll have access to email support and tailored resources to help you feel supported and informed every step of the way.

Getting started:

Schedule a free introductory intake call. We’ll talk through your needs and explore how Heartsongs Doula can walk beside you.

Or, if you feel ready, you can book a 50 minute session now.
