One-to-one support sessions offer a compassionate, personalized space where you can feel held, heard, and supported exactly where you are by a trained doula. Each session is shaped by your needs. These sessions support individuals and families through experiences including, but not limited to:

♥ Neonatal or infant loss

♥ Life-limiting prenatal diagnosis

♥ Termination Loss

♥ Trying to conceive and pregnancy after loss

  • Yes. If you’re moving through loss with a partner, loved one, or close friend, you’re welcome to attend a session together. When scheduling, please select the Couples & Pairs option.

  • Yes. I offer gentle, non-judgmental support for friends, partners, and family members who want to show up with care while also tending to their own experience. When scheduling, please select the Friends & Family option. If you’re unsure what kind of support is best for you, you’re also welcome to schedule a free 30-minute consultation.

  • If you are currently experiencing miscarriage (at any gestation), stillbirth, infant loss, or have received a prenatal life-limiting diagnosis, free in-person birth and bereavement support is available.

    This support is intended for those in the midst of loss—before, during, or shortly after saying goodbye—who want a doula present beside them.
