Pregnancy, labor & postpartum support from a doula
Every birth is a defining moment, and the story you carry forward matters. I offer gentle, continuous support for individuals and families navigating pregnancy and birth—honoring the unique history you bring with you while providing a steady, compassionate presence for the path ahead. I also offer postpartum support that allows parents more time to rest and focus on bonding with their baby. I work with individuals and couples or pairs who are:
♥ Seeking a supportive space to navigate the physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy
♥ Looking to honor their personal history while nurturing trust in their body and the birthing process
♥ Desiring a steady, non-judgmental companion for prenatal appointments
♥ Preparing for birth and postpartum with a history of grief or trauma
♥ Needing continuous support from the onset of a "rainbow pregnancy" or are pregnant again after loss
♥ Seeking grounded support during postpartum recovery and early newborn care while adjusting to life with a new baby
How it works:
If you're in the Northern Virginia/DC metro area, I offer in-person doula support for prenatal visits, labor, and postpartum care.
Virtual one-to-one support is also available for anyone who would benefit from care shaped uniquely around their circumstances.
Our services are primarily designed for the birthing parent, but I also welcome partners or support people who wish to better understand how to support this journey.
My commitment is to provide care that helps you trust in your body and pregnancy, prepares you for a peaceful, empowered birth experience—whatever that looks like for you—and supports your transition to parenthood.
